The demon's menace

Tom Tailor’s life ended early and unfortunate so he left his beloved wife and daughter grieving.  That was not the end thou as a mystic entity named Kornelius dragged his soul to bestow a heroic mission: Test a non official prototype [system] class and prove it worthy for implementing into Forces of the Light [unified system].

Well, it looked like an easy job for Tom until he found out that his home world Earth was facing a demon apocalypse in about 3 years, with a total annihilation probability of 99.9% according to the divination spells. Worse, the Forces of the Light have abandoned Earth  as a lost cause and diverted their forces towards other worlds in the Multiverse, holding better strategic importance. Now, poor Tom takes a great burden on his shoulders: test the unknown prototype  class, survive in a depraved demon infested environment and in the meantime look for a way to evacuate his family from its impending doom."What horrors and tribulations is he going to face?""Ahmm,He?!"Blame Kornelius about this screw up in the transfer process to the designated testing grounds: Demon controlled world of Terra, a world much similar to Earth, where people are being grown for food like cattle.
