I  am a demon king, one of many who preside over hell

I rule over the demons, The demons torture the wicked souls

The demons rule over the souls, and torturer them.

The souls rule over suffering, and the hope it brings.

I do not like torture, the demons do not like torture, the souls do not like pain.

I am full of pride, because of this citidel the demons have built for me, because the demons torture despite hating torture, because the souls will themselves to be tortured.

This is not a story of hope, of good versus evil, or of redemption

This is a story of the innerworkings of my domain, a story of none desiring torture, either to be, or to deal. This is a story of my life, and the life of a family, of demons, of sufferers, and of a demon king.
