One of the Seven Chief Inspectors of the Blacksand Institution has been requested by one of the most prestigious houses in the West. The request, for one Louise Rosswain.

Louise never expected to receive such summons, especially not from Alice Yune -- his last living friend of old. Though, a special request like this couldn't be ignored. The Demented Mistress of the Bellgrave hadn't spoken to him in decades, yet her son's suicide has spurred a request for his specific talents.
