The Dark Chronicles #1: Creation of the Darkness

In Hawaii, there are dangers afoot. Evil organizations are vying for control of not only the island, but the world. Only they don't know about each other and one organization is in a parallel dimension where they have already conquered. But on the horizon is team of new heroes, The Darkness: three teens who get superpowers from mysterious pendants that come from this other world. And some weird green gunk. Together, these three: Will, Nell, and Sam battle for the two worlds while trying to unravel the mystery of why they were chosen to have these powers. But someone...or something...else may just be plotting too...
