The premise of an aeons old dragon king having the mentality of a toddler and simply charming his way with his adorable appearance through the game and the modern world is very enjoyable to read. The absurdity of the situations the mc finds himself in and how the story constantly introduces even more crazy situations make it very engaging.
However, this also is a problem, as I have also seen many budding authors with novel ideas run out of steam and write themselves into a corner, and give up on writing entirely. There is no need to continuously add new story elements. It is also quite good to milk each idea more to properly develop the plots, and the stories also feel incomplete (it ended before I was satisfied laughing about it).
I say be less ambitious with your writing and take some time to plan the newer story arcs, you can just develop what you currently have in the meantime.
