The D-Lister's Second Chance

Morrison "Morrie" Bench has lived his entire life as a D-Lister during Childhood as a High School Dropout and Adulthood as one of Spider-Man's supervillains "Hydro-Man". After dying in the Marvel Universe he's given a second chance and reincarnated into the My Hero Academia Universe. Will Morrie waste his life away once again as a nobody supervillain or will he turn this chance into a Golden Opportunity to rise to the Apex amongst the people of his new home-world.
