The year is 1989. Most of Europe has been conquered by a totalitarian force. The United Kingdom has renamed itself to its former Roman power; "Britannia".

Alexander Petrov works as a Commander in the regime. He approves and oversees documents - lists of people to be executed.Lydia Demille is a Quota-Worker in the regime. She stays under the radar - but secretly, she works as a rebel for the Underground.
