City Building Just Got Harder

What happens when a person goes too far in the virtual world? Hank Stone, a disgruntled gamer and full-time griefer, crosses the line one too many times. His low Social Credit Score in the real world means the game company that created Cities Online can take steps to correct his behavior.

To save himself, Hank must reach 100 million population over 81 tiles in the game, something nobody has ever been able to do before. To make matters even worse, he's subjected to a new feature that changes game play in a major way. Can he change his ways or will Hank suffer the severe consequences?
