The story will follow a group that shaped the future of their people for all future history, and no one more than Maximus the most famous and infamous individual in all recorded history, though much has been lost throughout time and no one to truly recall what happened.

Max awoke in a strange place far above the ground below, and the sky close at hand. With people who claim to know him and are protecting him, but he knows them not, though one thing is for certain, someone wants him dead, why? he intends to find out, his "friends" are strong and are protecting him from the looks of it... but the voice of that distant abyss in the dark corner of his mind continues to whisper dark thoughts... they're only murmurs... for now.
