- IanFlatRoyal Road★★★★ 4.0Fun setup--an alien from beyond our solar system encounters aliens within our solar system.
The sci-fi I read tends to be rather 'hard,' so I enjoyed the author's focus on fun and inventiveness. Like the Gelac. That's new to me: the color change, the ability. And then the alien with the feminine voice and high heels! Reminds me a little of Galaxy Quest? Like are the Europans getting fashion tips from watching old Earth TV? No idea, but I enjoy that this is just an unabashed romp of a story.
