- MichRoyal Road★★★★ 4.0The style, it's great for the genre actually, pretty neat and all, but don't go looking for purple prose everywhere, it's easy, digestible and all in all? Great! The score is lowered by half a star because, well, you see there's only 3 chapters out yet. I'm kinda in a bind then, you understand right?
Story is still just starting out, and it's the usual cliché of reincarnation, magic world, peasant born. A bit of a twist here is that. . .well, the Mc isn't that ordinary to our seemingly omniscient understanding.
Charecters. . .eh, too early to judge, again the stereotypical few are there, the Doctor lizzie was a pretty nice fresh charecter to read about though, and since she's a doctor, maybe she'll be smarter than.the rest about Mc over here? Just speculating, nothing quite subbstantial yet, again, only 3 chapters out after all.
Grammar. . .well, it's readable, not perfect as in 100% flawless, maybe more on the lines of about 90%, some mistakes here and there, like the wrong your or there. Not too big or picky about those since you can still understand from the context, that's why it's still 4 stars. Still, too early to review, 3 chapters only till yet after all.
Overall this is a great starting novel for now, I'm hoping to see subversions to the clichés, there's a potential ship right now, I don't know if the author intended it though, but if it's clichéd? Yes, ship will probably be hinted at. If you subvert it and make it platonic? Perhaps, but you do you, m8.
Now my personal score, I'd give it a definite read. It's not that solid and a bit rushy, but sets the pacing, scenes and a pretty well!
