Description

Wade was a collage student, top of his class, and overall a nice dude. The problem is he's got leukemia and just as he dies the world awakens into a new era.

"What shitty luck" Apparently lady luck took that personally because he was saved by the god of immortality! Except Wade is still very much mortal, the god of immortality is trapped and needs Wade to save him. "Welp one can hope."

PS: The post apocalyptic tag is somewhat ill fitted but it is narratively correct if you want ACTUAL post apocalyptic i would suggest something else. this is like world awakening just we are all on the same page.

PSS: This is my first time writing, and english is not my first language. if you see any problems comment and I'll try to fix it. (Also Why I'm using AI)

    Hello! I am the first review on this story, which is kinda nerve wracking but I think this story deserves to be given a shot! Or to at least be put in the "Read Later" tab so you can come back when there are more chapters!
    Alright then, on to the review! This story is still a small lil baby! Give it time to grow! The first early chapters mainly focus on our character and how he's experimenting with his blood magic. I am really hoping for more world building or introduction of characters to make it a bit more engaging! Or perhaps more mentions on what others around the world are doing! Surely others will do the same as our MC and try out their new abilities or test the limits to the system!
    What problems has the system caused? Is there more violence? Have others in hospitals also gotten cured? Is this a blessing or a curse in disguise? I want to learn more! So many directions this could lead to, and I am here for it! Good luck, Author!
