The Black soul inside the Villain

Allen is a 234 years old man, he lives in Earth. He was sentenced to live in a broken world due to his sins. He remembers the day God said:

"You will live in the world with broken souls, you are a black soul. Remember they die you don't. You will be able to see people's bad sides. You can get a job is you like, or anything. However emotional relationships are not allowed. That's all."

And since that day he has been living on Earth. However, this day he was called. Allen was indeed nervous however there's something weird about this new life. Why?
