On the isolated island of Spltnix, a black smoke rolls across the land, transforming animals into monstrous killing machines. Donte, a young man living in solitude on his grandfather’s farm, finds his quiet life shattered as the smoke consumes the island. With only his sickly pet cat, Scratch, for companionship, Donte must navigate a world turned hostile to find his family in Maldo Province. As he faces mutated predators and unravels dark secrets.
