- UserLGND666Royal Road★★★★★ 5.0The characters are likable, and I really enjoyed the parts at the village. It felt like community.
I also find Damien a really refreshing and relatable protagonist. I’m really glad I found this story.
my only criticism would be that the stats are a little more complex than I would prefer, but not so much that I can’t understand it when it comes up. ultimately, there are a lot of things I find interesting with this system.
I’m excited to read more. - DrakonaRoyal Road★★★★★ 5.0If you're a fan of DND and want to read something where the Mc meets new companions and builds an adventuring party, I would highly recommend this. The magic system is also really cool, where instead of elements like fire, water, air, etc., magic is categorized by emotions. Basically, the story is great and I'm excited to see where it goes from here!
- Argonaut25Royal Road★★★★★ 5.05/5 - Good story, world building, with a lot of mystery. Thoroughly enjoyed and instant follow. I caught up in a day :(
So much potential for the plot. MC is not over over powered but strong and actually uses tactics in combat. I need 50 words. More chapters please - GrampsGevaudanRoyal Road★★★★★ 5.0A slow start, but when it picks up? It gets going hard and fast and I’m here for it. Excellent read!
If you are going to start this one, stick with it. It gets to some excellent points once you get past the first few chapters (apologies to the author, I know you needed to set stuff up and establish this world).
Once a reader understands the stakes and the mystery behind our protagonist, that’s when I was fully invested! - Just OlubodunRoyal Road★★★★★ 5.0I don't think I was prepared for how good this book is!! I was totally immersed & I love the character development!! this is an awesome book & I heartily recommend it! awesome characters, excellent motivation, amazing world building & the expositions were spot on! I wish there was a comic or manwha or manga for this so I could enjoy it all over again
- RhonosRoyal Road★★★★★ 5.0Good read so far! My title is a bit of a misnomer, he's becoming less of a coward (which i really appreciate!), but in the beginning I was a bit irritated by how many times he wanted to run away. He's grown on me though! Damien is getting more confidence, and I hope it stays that way.
I like your style of writing! It's easy to read, which makes the chapters fly by. The characters are also really awesome. Paz is hilarious, btw.
Also, I really like the pictures. Idk who made them, but they really help with visualizing the story for me.
I'm looking forward to reading more of this! - SargasreqRoyal Road★★★★★ 5.0It's good litrpg so far, interesting lore, interesting characters (well, except the Red Wyrm party that doesn't interest me as much) the tension is well built and very enjoyable. The protagonist beeing on a time limit is very cool but lately it seems we've lost track, it still works very well. The job system is pretty unique !
Last read chapter ends on a cliffhanger, I hope the rest will be as good ! - Senju_KawaramaRoyal Road★★★★★ 5.0Alright where do I start? The stringent level/Rank based power system, it was a relief that you didn't completely abandon this just to write a "run of the mill" overpowered MC. In the same rank level could be disregarded if the lower ranked person leaned into critical thinking and a more skillful approach, making it possible to get an upset but at great risk to the lower ranked individual. The rank difference also I liked as rank could hardly be surmounted except if it was against a monster that thrived solely on instinct. I also like that attribute attunement was described by emotions/desires, making for a fun twist with the power system. Then I'll go into the class disparities not focused on, I'm sure most litRPG focus on classes one upping the other, with tanks or guardians faring well against assassins and so on but here you relied on that albeit sparingly while leaning towards individual battle sense/team dynamics instead, many kudos for that. Nice to see that our MC started out a sub and at the end of the book was already leaving his shell. I gladly await the continuation and I hope to God that the quality you served doesn't drop.
- ShangoThunderRoyal Road★★★★★ 5.0Man, everytime I read a chapter from this book, it makes me feel like I’m on a roller coaster. The fighting scenes are the best parts of this book, because the MC isn’t some OP fighter who instantly kills his enemies. The writer takes you through his clever thinking that uses his brains more than his brawns
- Timaeus FyreeRoyal Road★★★★★ 5.0This is a very well written work. The offer does well to introduce the reader into his fictional universe. The entire system that he employs is reminiscent of the squid games. I love that he chose to use a black elf because black characters are underrepresented on Royal Road and in fiction. I also use a black character myself who so happens to be the king of the elves in that particular universe. I am eagerly awaiting completion of this novel.
