The Arbitration Division

In the future, the sky only rained, and from it spawned hordes of mutants and horrors beyond comprehension. The world was decimated, all except for one single city. Staying dry and free of the rain's scourge, quickly becoming the final bastion for any survivor left, who created massive walls to separate them from the outside. Deep beneath the city, they found the reason why. A massive tree stood, being the sole reason why the city had not fallen to the rain.

After its discovery, the government of the city realized that the tree not only protected them, but provided magical abilities. To establish more control, and to fight against the outside threat, 26 military divisions were formed, bearing a different magic gift given by the tree. Out of the 26, 3 stood as the main heads of the military. Due to their purpose of mainly dealing with the outside world, an internal security force was formed. Composed of civilians who want an easier life or a safer one. Or to have a chance and join the Division program.

It had been decades after the city was founded. Callan was one of these internal security personnel, guarding city districts from crime and to live a normal life. But a wall breach would interrupt his plans, and change the course of his journey.
