The Arbiters of the Galaxy

The galaxy is lead by two superpowers that are at war against each other. From planet destroying weapons to intergalactic politics, every means are use to win this long war that has spanned generations. However, one thing that these powers agree on is that no one else is permitted to affect the balance of this war: worlds must either join or submit to either of them...But when a third party emerges or a unforeseen event threatens the status quo, a team will be assembled. The Arbiters, heroes of both factions working together to save the galaxy... for now.
