The Adventures of Rusty Slater

Rusty Slater, a teenager from a small town in Louisiana, skips school for a week to head down to the Gulf Coast and enter into the Lou-Loi Surf competition. While he is at the beach, he meets his greatest enemy and he finds the love of his life. After the competition, Rusty returns home to his boring yet interesting hometown and is reunited with his gang of rebellious friends. Adventure awaits the young boy.
