Description

The five nations of the Altrech Alliance are the most powerful in the world. For millennia they have maintained their superiority through their liberal use of Heroes, mighty warriors from another world who possess powerful abilities which defy imagination. Five Heroes for five nations. As long as this balance is held, peace would be maintained. But then an upstart kingdom does the impossible: they have somehow managed to summon a Hero themselves. With this one selfish act, the balance of power in the world has shifted. While great kings debate and diplomats negotiate, the specter of war looms steadily upon the horizon. Will cooler heads prevail, or does the coming of the sixth Hero mark the end of a peace which has lasted for almost a thousand years?

This is a relatively cliche heavy isekai story.  And those portions are not super well-handled.  Our protagonist's backstory is both overblown and frequently forgotten so that she'll do something amusing. The protagonist's personality and actions are a bit grating. And sometimes the work gets overly focused on some side issue that doesn't move the story forward well (e.g., excerpts from books she's reading, or the very minor subplot of the protagonist not having magic).
That said, the basic premise is very interesting.  Isekai hero summoning has been limited to five divinely created chalices, but our protagonist is the first summoned using a man-made chalice. The implications that has for magic and politics is potentially profoundly interesting.  And, indeed, the strongest part of the book have been the Ghaldor side chapter, and the portion of chapter nine where Galdor discussed what he had done (and the protagonist had a strange reaction to the chalice).
So, I think it has a fair bit of potential.  But I'll keep reading for now, hoping it grows out of the immature isekai humor that is overdone in the first several chapters.
