That which lies Beyond

A tale spanning the boundless world beyond our own, myth and legends writ upon a tapestry of starlight, woven into the ink-black sky.

Witness.

A mortal lost from that which they knew, alone in lands far from home; they seek a second chance, grasping at the strands of hope that entwine their fractured soul.

Watch.

Time flows around them, a grain in it's sands, nought but a passing moment in the annals of history. When their brief light fades, few will know, and as the world turns fewer will remember.

And so bear witness, watch, as you gaze upon the story of one so far from home.

Remember.

Thematic and slightly obscure synopsis aside, the intention is to create a story of someone trying to relearn how to live their life. I don't plan to make the world revolve around them, nor bestow upon them a grand quest.

The story is not drafted, and I expect substantial edits if I ever make it to a full volume; tags will be added with progression, and most warnings are present for liberty.

Critique, is welcome, ideally with suggestion so that I might redraft inadequacies.

Those mildly confused by the cover should note that it is simply a reference to the character's probable choice of free time.
