- RznRoyal Road★★★★ 4.0The setup leads to a good conclusion though the opening treats the reader as if they do not know what an observatory is, and it fundamentally misunderstands basic things about dust accumulation that was detailed just enough to be distracting. The reason I mention it is that dust has a strange focus and it both seems to aid and hurt the author's tone for the story depending at what part you are reading. The horror tag here applies to the aptly existence horror that the author states in the blurb and the title itself, so don't worry about gore or more conventional horrors.
This was a good and short read, though some of the characterization felt a little off, but overall it was a solid short story that was well executed.
