The style isn't really anything to write home about, the general multiple POVs you see with isekai novels that mainly focus on the 2 main characters, Amelia and Dexter, with some sparse views of other characters to spice up the world, and give more understanding to whats going on. It does the job of giving you enough information about the world in a fashion that isnt too infodumpy.
Grammar might be the weakest part of the novel. It's not unreadable, far from it. But even in the first 50 chapters, which are the first 2 novels, if you pay attention you'll notice small mispellings or other errors here or there. In the most recent 20 chapters you'll notice a slight uptick in grammar issues, but it's still a perfectly fine novel. It's just obvious that there wasn't a editor glance over it.
Story is somewhere between fine and good for me. There was a major arc around Dexter the main character having mental problems that was a drag to go through, but I enjoyed the rest of the story. It feels like the author is trying to flesh out his world, or at least, the culture of the people who Dexter and Amelia are currently with. I do personally feel like there should be more exposition upon the culture of the enemies that Dexter is facing, as well as the world in general, because as of now it feels like the actual geography of the world is very underdeveloped, and I couldn't really tell you much, if anything about it.
The characters are fine for the most part. They mostly fit the part of believable characters, but I probably wouldn't say they are "good", in the sense that I could drop this for a year or so, and still remember these characters. They feel real to me, but they aren't noteworthy. The main characters aren't nutcases, which is really the only thing I care for, and they act like reasonable people, outside o
