Description

In a world where the essence of life itself lies within the power of cards and mana, survival becomes a perilous game. Amidst adventurers, knights and kings who dictate the rules, a young boy awakens with a shattered memory, devoid of weapons, allies, and even the ability to use the power of cards

Lost and vulnerable, he questions the purpose of his existence in a desolate reality where hope seems fake. Stripped of everything he once held dear, he faces the daunting task of uncovering his past, piecing together the fragments of his identity, and finding a reason to carry on.

I like that this novel doesn't follow the trend and it's genuine a fantasy novel, I kind of missed these kinds of novels and with great fights, world, and story this novel is going to make you very entertained, I totally recommend it to a fantasy reader or to any kind of reader!
At first the story is kind of out there but as the story progresses the characters become more fleshed out and the story becomes stronger, even thought the start is a bumpy ride I suggest you don't get disgourage from starting this series, you might like it a lot just like me
Another thing I want to mention is that judging by the author's comments its his fist work so I wouldn't be too harsh on this rate but I would love to see improvement in the future, I like the way the story is presented but sometime it just doesn't make sense, if the story becomes a bit more thought of and well conected then it would be an even better novel
But all and all is not bad, it just has a odd start that could probably be fixed in the future or with more chapters added
    Updated:
The last chapters and the rework of the first volume showed how much the author improved, he also fixed many grammar mistakes which is good

I have read quite a lot of fantasy novels throughout the year and I have to say this left a good impression to me, it sure has many flaws including grammar, some story issues and other, but the end result isn't bad, at later chapters the characters become more real and better writen, the dialogue between Teras and the others becomes more enjoyable and the fights are entertaining, act 1 was a good intro to the series and it seems like this is the authors first work and for a first project is very good, unlike my first novel I had written when I was younger
