First thing people should note, if it hasn't been mentioned already or y'all somehow missed it, this universe's Superman is not the one we know. He's more slowly becoming similar to Earth 3's Ultraman (no relation to the Giant of Light), hence why he's so radically different from...well, Superman, as a character.
But I like that take, honestly. It's rare we see a version of him corrupted by his own choices and not [Insert Big Bad Evil Mind Control Villain Here].
Now, onto the scoring. If there's anything this story has got, it's style. In spades. Personally, I can't stand Rap or the 'thug life' vibes Ness lives and breathes, but he stays true to himself, and his style, and that I can respect. He's not an ass about it, either. Also, it's gotta be said, baller move on bringing in people's OCs, and making them work within the story. That takes skill to do, and do well, and this story definitely does it well.
As a character, it might be easy to write our protagonist off as an 'OP magically charismatic self insert', but, actually, the lore fits. The more we learn of Ness and his origins, the more we understand about his seemingly Divine playa skillz, and power set. And they're all powers that canonically exist in the DCU, so, again, it works.
The lore is sound. Which, at least in my opinion, is what matters most in a story, especially a fanfic based on an actual franchise.
The story is also pretty good. I admit, I missed about 2/3rds of the final twist, but it's a solid progression of our hero's power, with all the twists and turns and ups and downs a Hero's Journey usually goes through in one form or another. If you like Teen Titans, well...honestly, you probably won't like how it all wraps up that much, but it's definitely an interesting take on a world that has Titan Tower at its central focus.
And, finally, the grammar. This is, unfortunately, the weakest part of the story, but grammar is hard, people. That's no reason to ignore a story. I did the best I could to mak
