Really good story, to the point where it was hard to find critiques! I absolutely loved the cultural fusion between Japanese and English, in both dialogue and culture. This has clearly been thoroughly researched to have so many proper terms and names for everything.
Grammar was very nearly perfect, with probably only enough mistakes to count on one hand throughout the series so far. It flowed very well together and there weren't any errors in sentence structure, length etc.
It was also paced extremely well and wasn't a bore to read. However, the characters didn't feel like they had the depth to them that'd be conducive to this sort of story, especially after so many pages. The main character is a large part of this and feels too shallow. It appears to be being gradually remedied over time, so I have high hopes for the future.
Moreover, the story doesn't really feel like it's going in too many directions, though it does have much potential. I think that the storyline needs to be a little more clear-cut unless that's what you like. These are just my personal thoughts, but it's still a very good story with a lot of potential for the future!

The Cry of the Raijuu was an excellent chapter / short.  It was captivating and pulled me in.  There was good explanation of the world/context interspersed with the narrative.  Seeing this in animation would be fantastic.
Broken Waves is interesting and was written well, but it was a bit harder for me to follow who was what, who was talking, etc.
I felt the other 3 chapters (Beneath Tsukuyomi, Survival, A Test of Control) were more in the Romance genre, which isn't a genre I typically read. The writing was good and engaging, but I feel less capable of providing a review on those chapters.
