Thank you to Mr. Elch for the beautiful cover art, and for translating S&S into German! Also Deviant_Lab for the wonderful sword-fighting techniques! Also Squilliam and Cartoon Girl, who have provided many ideas. And Thingzmaker, for all the encouragement. You're the best, guys!

A young high-elf is plunged into a journey of rescue and revenge when his family is attacked and chaos arises.  With his druid and Tabaxi companions, he finds himself at the center of events that will end up shaking the plenum.  D&D influenced.

Part Four moves some of the story into the near and far future, with pretty clear video game influence.  Part Eight has begun and should wrap things up.  Thank you so much for taking this journey with me, and I hope that you're having fun.  :)

Thank you for reading and following!  Many thanks for all the support and encouragement. Special thanks to Artist AI, who may have slipped in as a character.  ;)

    Hiya MG,
Such a wonderful introduction! But just a little difficult to take it all in on a computer screen. The essence of the characters are a charm and the humour properly paced. I am going to recommend your story to a number of my friends. My only critique in all fairness, because it isn't in book form and one's concentration on the screen is needed for such a long duration, you could easily slice that first chapter into four. I try to limit my chapters to no more than 3-4k of a word count. As I read on, I'll drop some more words of wisdom on the comments. I really love this!

I enjoyed it and found it very exciting and funny in many places! The suspense and all the plot lines are explained really well towards the end and come together to form a meaningful whole. Of course, some things are still left open for the next books. The only thing that was a little confusing for me at first was the introduction of the different levels, but the further you get into the story, the clearer it becomes.
I am very impressed by all the characters! There are so many characters with fitting names, their own stories, and pasts. Important connections are explained and the main characters develop further throughout the story. In some flashbacks, this is emphasized even more deeply in some important contexts.
I can only describe the actual choice of words as fantastic. There are very vivid descriptions, but also very sensitive ones. Serious topics are described just as well as some of the slapstick.
I don't know exactly how much D&D is in it, as I'm not very familiar with the D&D universe. I know elves from Lord of the Rings and a few games. But D&D is only something I've come across in passing. That, combined with the fact that I translate everything into German, could be the reason for some comprehension issues. In general, though, DallE does a good job with the translation, and I'm really enjoying the story! I look forward to listening to more!
