Supervillains Rule Cities

A highly regarded soldier in the military has been captured. With no way out and a bomb collar around his neck he plots, schemes of the day he is free. For over a decade he has planned, and when he is finally out nothing will hold him again. Superheroes may save cities, buthewill rule them.

This is a work in progress. There is very little editing, and shorter chapters as I have yet to go back through and flesh out every event in a way I believe to be satisfactory.

After reading back through, I have come to a fork in the way I want to write it. I can either continue on the path I was going to and have some things not make sense. Or I can go the path I think will make the narrative flow more. I'll make my decision in July, because that way I can practice writing before I go to school in the fall.
