Description
How would you react if you found yourself unable to sleep? Not just for one day, or two days, or even three days, but a more permanent time span, like the rest of your life?
That’s exactly the predicament Dario finds himself in and he’s thoroughly vexed by it. After all, what sort of sane person would want to miss out on sleep? A madman, that's who. It’s especially worrying considering how he lives in a world filled with fantastical monsters, deadly beasts, and 'Superiors' supposedly protecting the interests of humanity. Sleep is quite the necessity under those circumstances.
Life is tough for an ostracized kid, but Dario quickly realizes that his wakeful nights are more blessing than curse, as there seems to be quite a few advantages in not having to sleep...
Join Dario as he climbs the ranks of superhumans, uncovers hidden truths, travels the world, and discovers abilities he never before thought possible.
This is a tale of superpowered/superhero-like individuals set in a dangerous fantasy world with hints of GameLit elements.
Features MC with abilities deemed unique to the world and can disregard the need for sleep at no cost to himself.
No Harems.
Current Release Schedule: 3-5 chapters per week. (Slower updates for holiday season)
First few chapters are fairly short, but the rest will average around 2.5k words.

FEED ME ZINARIO-SAN!!!
FEED THE HUNGRY BEAST!!! - EredhorRoyal Road★★★★★ 5.0The author has taken a mideval/fantasy setting and populated it with Supers rather than the typical wizards, etcetra. This leads to some interesting confluences with a hefty dose of what-ifs. Overall, the world seems fairly well fleshed out, though the nature of much of it is doled out in small pieces so as not to overwhelm the actul storyline.
I can definitely recomend this work as a refeshing take on genres that I've loved for decades. - FuriousFrogRoyal Road★★★★★ 5.0Early days but enjoying it so far. Good writing, story seems interesting keep up the good work :)
- GreykoRoyal Road★★★★★ 5.0Mc here is not too Mary Sue, but to a bearable extent. Also he's dumb teenager so I call him plant/sun boy.
Grammar 10/10, Style 10/10
Story 8/10, Character 9/10. - SansvoidRoyal Road★★★★★ 5.0I love your concept. Supes alternate world some cultivation interesting characters, keeps me interested, it's just I SUPER jealous bro. Why don't I have magic sparkle harem powers, where are my harem powers, why are you doing this to me Super jealous bro
- voobwigRoyal Road★★★★ 4.0It has a pretty good storyline and it flows well. The MC is a bit pampered in his lifestyle but remains relatable for the most part and seems to be genuinly interested in being a super hero to help others.
- OmelRoyal Road★★★★ 3.5The premise is hook worthy and if that tickles your interest you'll probably stick along.
However, there are some pretty glaring flaws in the story telling. The character interactions do not feel very real at all and come off flat. Which is honestly the reason why I cannot read past chapter 10. This may get better as the story goes on, but it was immersion breaking enough for me to stop reading.
Pacing is also pretty wonky. In that world building is not slowly coming together to build a coherent picture, but instead hurtling toward you screeching to build a pile of mush.
Grammar is spot on and there is absolutely no issue there.
This is not a bad story, but there is definetly some work needed to be done to polish it up. Keep on writing though author as I do not want to discourage you and these flaws usually vanish along with experience and mindfullness. - UlvlarRoyal Road★★★★ 3.5good premise but it lacks every other way except grammer,
- JarmaroRoyal Road★★★ 3.0Interesting concept, but strange pacing and absolutely cliche abysmal dialogues make this story unusually off-putting. The characters don't sound like real people and more like NPCs from some cheap videogame. It's nothing some minor rewrite cannot fix in the future, though.
- ArixinRoyal Road★★★ 3.0I couldn't get past chapter 4. I read and accept the preface of chapter 1 that the MC is a mary sue. The problem i have with the story is not that the character is mary sue, but that the character, story, and world are far too abrupt.
Maybe it's because of where the story starts, or the way the mc seems to jump from one random thing to another with no real lead up to the location or organization. In the amount i read we went from wandering random streets, to an Inn/tavern to get drunk, to a horse racing track(really? Why was this here?), to the superiors guild hall... which we know nothing about except the little snippet we get immediatly as the mc arrives at the building.
I feel like this story should have potential. The grammar is near perfect. Great editing. Good basic idea for a story. Good idea for an MC. Good idea for the world, etc... But it feels like a very well edited outline for a story rather than an actual story...
