I haven't read all the chapters yet but to be honest I don't think I can read any further. One of the major turn offs in your story is the prespective from which you are telling your story, you could write the story in first person eg:Hey i'm Archey and this is my story. I was an employee...... Etc.,i hope you get the idea or you could completely write it in third person eg: This is the story of Archey Billiard who used to work at... He work was..... Etc. Also try to use pronouns instead of repeating the name of the characters. You could also slow down a little bit and give the readers some background about the MC and then build his character slowly so that the readers are able to connect with him at some point.Also give the story enough time so that the readers are able to explore the dynamics between the MC and the side characters. Remember a slow paced but well written story is always a lot better than a fast paced generic story. I hope it helps you to improve your story.I have just read the first two chapters so i'm not able to comment on the plot but take your time and add new elements which will surprise the reader and hold their attention.
