Luis was glad for a second chance at life. Though itdefinitelysurprised him that round 2 was in the wonderous world of Pokémon.

This presented both unknown risk and untold opportunity.

His new life of success in this world stood out before him he just had to grab a hold of it.

With his old life there in the past taunting him his drive for success had never been higher.

Warning: This story has a somewhat depressing start.

Also this is my first time writing so please tell me where I go wrong and how I can improve.

I'm aiming for 2 chapters a week each of around 2,000 words though I will not force it if I feel the quality isn't there.

This is an early reveiw but I find myself consistently looking forward to reading more of this story. The premise feels distinct and the author strikes a good balance of acknowledging serious topics while not wallowing in them, this adds some realism while keeping the generally optimistic tone. Similarly the MC clearly has knowledge that will give him an edge in his pokemon journey and is shown to put thought and planning into his actions where possible, but isn't all knowing.
On the negative side, there's been some minor inconsistencies with capitalisation, and spelling and grammar errors but it's not too bad, and the author has been correcting them as they are pointed out.
Overall I've enjoyed it so far and am excited to see where the story goes.
