- EnjoyteddyRoyal Road★★★★★ 5.0This is a really well done story. The plot is very engaging and sucks you right in and kept me reading until the latest chapter in one sitting. While the chapters are a little short It reads like a published novel and is better then some that I have actually paid for. The system is also implemented in an interesting way. Keep up the great work!
- kaoRoyal Road★★★★★ 5.0Overall I liked it. Normally I don't read steampunk stories. Never got into them. THOUGH I grew up reading Edgar Rice Burroughs John Carter of Mars and Tarzan. So I guess my roots did start from a time before 'steampunk' was a thing. I digress, but yes, if you did like John Cart of Mars. You may like this story. I got that same weird out of place visitor from another world vibe. I would say Captain JC was the first Isekai Genre of his kind.
I've caught up to the 1.53 chapter. Now I'll have to bank and let it build up again. so fear not. I am lurking. Just not reading yet....until then...Off to Barsoom!! - stadsRoyal Road★★★★★ 4.5a fun story about of person getting into a supernatural version of a steampunk world nice detail on what a world of such would be with still problems one can relate in this world

They don't appear till 26 chapters in and even then it's never properly explained. In the last chapter I read the mc gained 4 "points" in weaponry. What the fuck does that mean? Is he now more skilled in using weapons? Will he magically do more damage with them? Something else entirely? Oh and btw wtf are his stats?? It was said at one point that his stats were increased by 30 and that he had high stats.. Except we have never seen them or heard anyone else's stats. Nothing is explained or makes any sense.
- TemoffyRoyal Road★★ 2.0The author knows not what they write of; and it shows. The author writes about vr cybersecurity, characters in the military, and proto-victorian societies with a clear lack of understanding of any of these things. The writing is good and english is without major flaw; but that doesn't matter if what is being written is nonsense.
