Thomas was cast in another world by his own wishes after killing the soon-to-be heroes in Earth as that was the only way to save his brother and give a future to his niece.

The responsible for him doing such thing wanted him to play a little game of Villain and Heroes. He himself doesn't care about anything he may do in the other world, though he finds annoying the limitations put on him to make sure the mayhem isn't too big.

Thomas now has to gather subordinates, make different personas to deal with people he wants to blackmail and kill the Heroes before he finally does his original objective that the God who sent him asked him to do.
