Death and reincarnation. Life and regrets. Just because you are reborn doesn't mean your trauma doesn't follow you, it doesn't mean you become powerful. It doesn't mean you change into a better person or that you won't make any more mistakes. It just means you get another chance to repeat those mistakes or make bigger ones. Then what's the point in giving life another shot if you already screwed it up once? What would happen if a hopeless 21-year-old with no ambitions and a shit personality were reborn into a land of sword and magic? Would anything change or would he repeat the same mistakes, ending up right where he was?
