This story is on the poor side of middling so far...
The world building aspect is not bad, the premise is at least mildly intriguing.
    However.
When the protagonist meets a group of young women, he automatically thinks of them as "little girls", then calls them bitchs when they react violently to him being discovered "yet again" in what they consider to be a private place that the MC should have known not approach.
They seem to be going for the cold intelligent protagonist, which was done and tired a loooong time ago.
It has very clearly not been edited, and there are frequent miss-uses of words and terms that make me think that English was not this persons first language.
