  You started the novel with a big but uninteresting infodump. It did not add anything to the story since it's so forgettable. Most readers would just skim it or skip it. Do not be hasty and let the MC explore the world. Show us how he interacts with the world and what he learns. This is how worldbuilding works and the main character will develop. Also worldbuilding by narrating pieces of text is generally bad. Just look at M. Night Shyamalan's avatar the last airbender.
  Another note is the way you write. So far it feels like a chess game. pawn to B4, queen to E5. While it is good that you describe everything that's happening, it's just a summary of events. How does the MC feel? How does he look at things? How does he experience the world? It would have been alot more interesting if you started from the MC's point of view.

  This is a story of a planet similar to our planet earth. It's just that this planet is supported by the will of Gaia itself. This world is filled with magical mana that allows almost all of the living organisms to have the special ability inside their genes. The world itself has one rule. The rule is Power above anything else. How will jaejin a novice adventurer move his way up?

  Your story feels like a fanfiction of a webcomic called solo levelling. If it is please add the tag and u need to fkx the grammar and spacing of paragraphs because it is hard to read when the storys looks so scrappy atleaat on phone
