    So, I am the creator of "Masks of Steel", the material upon which this short story is based. So, I may be a little biased. However, consider that I am equally interested in a fan project being a good representation of my work.
    And 0nji has done a truly fantastic job. This respects the established lore of the MoS universe and uses it to create a unique, twisted and horrifying short story. While some may find it too gory, I believe it was used in an effective and tasteful way, without relying on a gore fest for the scares. And it's a truly respectful and horrifying look into PTSD, which provides a very real issue in this otherwise fictional setting.
    And the ending was amazing. Like every good horror movie, it doesn't answer all the questions and leaves you worried and anxious.
    Docking half a star because, like every new writer, there is room for improvement. Some of the wording is a bit weird, and the style feels a bit too "modern" for the pseudo-Victorian setting of MoS.
    Hats off, my good sir. Thank you for this amazing gift.
