- small and weak protagonist

- surviving predators

- snail facts

- a story that moves faster than a snail's pace

I am looking forward to all of the slimy trails this story is surely going to lead me down! Main form of xp- eating, scariest situation-getting surrounded by a circle of salt, best weapon- oil slick. I can’t wait to see how this story progresses! Thanks for the chapter author!

The Idea is interesting, very few snail MC on this website, and the way growth is handled is realistic. also a system with great potential that doesn't bury you in boxes every minute. Highly recommend it, or at least following so you can binge once it has more chapters if that's your preferred style.

I quite enjoyed reading about this little snail thus far, and I'm looking forward to seeing where the story goes.
The story is quite simple, and there isn't much of a plot apart from the snail being hungry and wandering around eating things. But that doesn't make the story less enjoyable. It's a relaxing journey through a wonderfully described environment, with lots of neat details about the natural world the snail traverses. The snail's progress is slow, but the steps on their journey feel distinct and earned.
Overall I'd give this a 4.5/5, with the only real weak point being the plot. The main character (the snail) undergoes some incremental development, but not a whole lot of consequence happens in this story. The snail doesn't really have any goals apart from whatever happens to be in immediately in front of it at the time. However despite this, the story is cozy and very enjoyable to read. The author has a clear style to their writing that makes it easy to get into the mindset of a hungry snail looking for a meal.
My only other complaint is a few small grammatical errors and typos, but these are not very noticable and don't take away from the enjoyment of the story.
Highly recommended and hoping for more updates <3
