Hello, everyone!

My name is Tyler, and I'm the author of YA fantasy novel "Sky of Shadows!" A few months ago, I made the digital version of the book permanently free (posting it on Wattpad, Amazon, and my website) and now I've finally gotten around to uploading it here as well. I'm a sucker for a good portal fantasy, especially one with high stakes.
In this novel, we follow a broody Ben and an adventurous Ari. The two unlikely companions must travel across a world that only one of them knows.
While sinister plots unravel in New Eden, Ben is constantly dawn home, to a world he left behind, but wants to return to. It's not your usual return to a happy life, Ben had to fight for his place in that world, and now he has to fight to make a place in this one. Good thing he's got Ari to help him through it all.
I really loved the chemistry between the characters, and the pace the plot moved at. The Angels were a surprise!
The settings are vivid and often evocative, with juicy character conflicts and world stakes. A good ol' save the world plotline with the more nuanced 'save yourself first'.
I really love how connected to the characters the author feels. These aren't just spat out for popularity characters. They're complex and deep and clearly well thought out. They feel real.
(Full disclosure, i have read this full novel but saw it here and wanted to offer my review.)
