Tethys, capital of Ketumati, the largest of the human empires, and formerly the seat of the Eastern Ladon Empire. While the days of the Ladon dragons' reign are long gone, even now in the year xx their influence on the planet's past can still be seen everywhere today, as spellblades in short cuirasses and tall band collared shirts patrol the streets day and night.
