Shared Premonitions, a 13 book saga, 30 years in the making

Between the ages of 10 and 12, I discovered a world that changed everything for me. I was completely captivated by R.A. These books were my first true literary obsession, and I devoured them eagerly, one by one, while trying to keep them in pristine condition.

A friend of mine, Jimmy, had a collection of books so immaculate that I was jealous. I asked and he happily told me his secret: if you barely open the pages, just peek inside to read them, the spine stays unbroken, and the book remains as good as new. I’ll admit, it felt almost magical—like preserving a treasure. These were the days when books weren’t just stories; they were artifacts. Shelves became showcases, covers were cherished, and characters came alive in ways that left me spellbound.

What struck me most was the longevity of Salvatore’s characters—heroes who survived and thrived across countless adventures. It was a revelation to think about characters enduring across multiple stories, weaving into something grander. That idea planted a seed in my mind, and I began dreaming of my own epic series. I called itShared Premonitions, a vision of a 13-book saga that I would nurture in my imagination for the next 30 years.

Over those years, I’ve picked up and put down the "pen" countless times. My first written language was C++, my second was speaking, and written English came a distant third. I’ll admit, it’s been a struggle, and at times I felt disheartened by the gaps between my thoughts and my ability to express them on the page. Occasionally, I sought help to "translate" my ideas, but more often than not, I stumbled along alone, adding commas and quotes where they seemed to fit.

And then came GPT—a tool that has become my partner in bringing this long-cherished dream to life. It helps smooth my words, refine my sentences, and ensure clarity and consistency. With this technology as my ally, I’ve committed to finally sharing the story that’s lived in my mind for so long.
