Shards of Darkness

All myths contain legends and all legends contain a kernel of truth.

Elric never believed in any higher power.  He knew that when he died it would all over, and he was looking forward to that day. A day when he could finally rest, finally be free of pain.  But the myths of old had different plans for him.  They would make him a legend.
