Shadows in the North

Lain is a blacksmith's apprentice at the forge run by his godparents, Eranor and Freyy. They have raised him from a young age ever since his parents were lost in a dark land, though that is not the story he knows. Though he loves them both, and the life he has been given dearly, for as long as he could remember, he couldn’t help but feel he was meant for something more. Furthermore, throughout his life, he has been plagued by nightmares in which he believes may have some connection to his parents. However, when his dreams begin to seem all too real, Lain’s entire way of life is upended.
