Description
Jason had thought about punching a Shil’vati.
Who hadn’t?
Not only had the aliens conquered Earth with almost trivial ease, the seven-foot purple amazons also had the audacity to start running the planet better than Humanity ever had.
He'd never do it though. He was a reasonable guy, just trying to get by under his new feminine overlords.Wasn't he?

- docsumacRoyal Road★★★★★ 5.0A fine dose of R/HFY and raunch, mixed with an intelligent effort to explore the theme of a human male in a alien Amazonian matriarchy. Gender roles are flipped in a more considered way than the usual "uwu I am in a woman's body now uwu" tripe.
I assume its only a matter of time before the American sensibilities take hold and get it thrown off Royal Road, so enjoy it here while you can and look for it on R/HFY when its gone. - Cap'nSmurfyRoyal Road★★★★★ 5.0This is exactly what it says on the tin. Earth has been conquered by giant sexy space babes who want to bang our men. But it's surprisingly well written, with quality character interactions and world building that's both well developed and pleasantly conveyed. Nothing new here but it's an entertaining plot with a side of smut. Would recommend.
- Ontological WeevilRoyal Road★★★★★ 5.0Alt title: "Stupid sexy space girls"
i wasn't actuslly expecting the story and the plot to be good coming in at first.
the story's managed to create dozens of fan fiction spin-offs, few of which are now canon. I think that kinda speaks of the quality of the writing.
the "scenes" are quite good and it takes the plot a while to build up to it before we got our first climatic scene.
I think my biggest criticism is it's hard to keep track of the alien names. The ensemble should've been cut down to save storage space on my hard drive brain.
I feel like I'm getting blueballed waiting for the next book, considering I know that a considerable number of chapters have been written and placed into the backlog.
unironically a good story with some neat seggs.
second point of criticism, the first girl he picks into his soon to be harem felt like wasted space. Her personality is pretty weak.
I enjoy the diplomacy scenes and I kind of wish that one of the future books serve as a prologue and introduce a new character in which we see the earth get dominated by purple mommy dommys and the problems surrounding the earth and its inhabitants. - Witchdoctor24Royal Road★★★★★ 5.0So a couple of people have noticed the simularities between this work and a webnovel, book... free e-book?- that came out in 2007 called the Subjugation series by James Galloway (Fel). Since none of the other reviews have mentioned it, I will talk about it. The simularities are remarkable from the first chapter:
Humanity is conquered by a remarkably humanoid race that has vastly superior technology.
The conquerers' females are the dominate sex in their race, acting more like males of our race then women.
They, at face value, appear to run earth better than the humans do.
The names of the main characters are both Jason, and are both engineering students learning about their conquerers technology.
The plot is set in motion when the main character gets into a fight with an imperial marine and subsequently defeats her, causing problems for their lives.
Okay from this you may be thinking: "Ah, this author is just plagiarising Fel!" And you would be wrong, as after the first chapter the plot of sexy space babes takes a radically different route. The two jasons in these stories are also appear very different: Subjugation's Jason a really talented engineer, has done martial arts for years, and even knows how to fly planes. His story archs in subjugation are him getting a grasp on being the conquered and the freedom fighter in his soul. By contrast, SSB's Jason doesn't seem to be inately talented in way. Hes intelligent sure, but he wins his fight more... normally... than because of any exceptionaly skill.
Despite the concept being lifted from Fel, even just nine chapteres in Bluefish seems to be shaping up to actually explore questions that are begged by the world's gender flipped invaders, concepts such as race, rape, and how our women have to view the world. Subjugation, frustratingly, doesn't have too much to say about this, or really anything brought up in the course of the book. I can hope that more than just being an lust erotic verision of Subjugation, that Sexy Spac - BastnerdRoyal Road★★★★★ 5.0You think you cant write this kind of story in 2020? Wrong.
The author managed to make a sexual harem story in a way that is not distungly misognyst and to top it off kind of feminist actually. I really like it.
Story:
Purple space orc amazons have taken over earth. And human males are the sexual dream-elves of their fantasys. So MC gets enlisted in the space army and has to do some military training with said horny space-orcs. At some point he starts realizing that he had been silly not having sex with them and the action starts. Its really fun to read and Im very curious if the author can keep the fine line between erotic fiction and feminism.
Style: I like it. Its a bit blunt at times, but that has more to do with the characters. I expect it to change when the characters get more depth.
Charaters: At first they are a little shallow. Especially in the last chapters they developed some depth. There i a lot of potential for a really cool story here an I think it will be kind of hard to do the story twist but I hope the author can pull it off.
Grammar: I dont know shit about grammar so 5 stars I guess.
TLDR: Read it, its fun, its porn, its not mysognist and its science fiction. - SacredriverRoyal Road★★★★★ 4.5One would expect the story to be mostly smut with little else, what with the title being Sexy Space Babes, and sure there is smut, but the focus is on the story and characters. There's a well-paced story with a likable cast. The smut scenes are tasteful, so all in all, this is pretty good.
- IdentityRoyal Road★★★★★ 4.5I like it, a good aliens x human novel. The harem also is quite nice, as are the s*x scenes. The first chapter had me hooked already and the following ones just made it better. But while the romantic and sexual stuff is very promising, the same can't be said about the military and the MCs career. Not in a bad sense, just that it is very open-ended. I have no idea where this will go story-wise. Can't wait to find out.
- OinosRoyal Road★★★★★ 4.5I'll refrain from making an advanced review now since characters have barely started being fleshed out and we still don't have enough to really judge the plot. What I've seen up to this point, though, looks more than promising.
That said, the fiction is surprisingly good. I won't lie, I was expecting smut-filled idiocy from the title, but instead we get a pretty good insight on how an alien race with flipped gender roles would treat humans, especially human men.
Grammar is really good, way above the Royal Road average. In 9 chapters I've found only a single mistake which was probably just an oversight when editing.
The style too is pretty fluid, scenes are easy to understand and flow well. The only negative note to make style-wise is the use of repetitions that could be avoided on a couple of occasions during descriptions. - HaywireEagleRoyal Road★★★★ 4.0Edited from previous review.
I first discovered this story through Youtube of all things and initially found the HFY thing kind of bizarre and goofy in a way that I find myself unable to turn away from.
Having read this and several side stories from other authors I have to admit that I honestly find myself enjoying it despite the simplicity of the over all writing.
It is a strange switch up to the science fiction trope of humanity finding sexy aliens. Where WE are considered the sexy aliens and that we are considered bizarre and the 'fairer sex' and all the issues that might come with it and how much worse it can be when there is such a big divide in the ratio between male and female.
Offering a look into what it would be like for a woman in our own culture.
That aside. The detail that goes into the world building is quite excellent. From showing the differences a culture may have. To military training and differences in doctrine. It shows the author's attention to detail to keep this just from being weird smutty fiction.
Though I have to admit that it might be better without the graphic sex scenes scattered through out. Nothing against anyone who might enjoy those but they just feel like shameless smut that serves no purpose other than to titilate. - UmbralRoyal Road★★★ 3.0Sexy Space Babes is still very much in its infancy as a story, so its hard (thats what she said) to tell exactly where its going to go.
Humanity gets conqured by an amazonian esque society of sexy space babes. The main group of girls suitably cater to most main fetishes. You have the Milf, the twins, the bitch, the naive farm girl etc.
But while sexy times are abound, the story does have some legs to stand on plot wise. However at this point it remains to be seen how far the author intends to go with the world building and overarching story.
Worth a read, and if you clicked on the story called sexy space babes you knew what you were getting into.
(Edit As of Chapter 14)
Dropping the score of this fic down by one star from 4-3. The quality of the story has not decreased however the authors comments on another site indicate that they largely want this story to be more fluffy.
I think this is a bit of a cop out as if you are going to write a story about earth being invaded you cant ignore the fact that earth has been invaded and the socio-political issues that come with it.
I think the story will still be a fun read, but it is dissapointing that it is not going to adeuately explore the setting it has created.
