I am ready for the mc to bullshit his way to greatness. It's a great concept, especially if it keeps mcs mindset humble. I read ahead on patreon so I kind of have an idea where this is going.
MC is not some guy isekai into a new world with op power, he is not some guy that went back in time with all kinds of world breaking knowledge, MC is not some xania main character where they were destined by the heavens for greatness. MC is just a fucking peasant faking it till he makes trying to survive a fucked up situation. And to me that's realistic and relatable.
Presumably MC is a decent guy, a normal guy. Wants to do the right thing but also thinks about doing the wrong thing, grapples with morality, and makes mistakes, not some Nancy sue born without sin or some edgelord who's intentionally cruel and vile. He's a human being trying to get by with the hand he was dealt, who hopefully learns many lessons down the road.
