Semblance of Remembrance

Ayaka Komeiji is an individual gifted with a perfect memory. She has lived 11 years of her life on Earth, but on the day of her 11th birthday, disaster struck. She trips and falls into a mysterious portal that suddenly opened up right below where she was falling. While falling through the portal, she hears a mysterious voice.

“Welcome to Gensokyo”

After waking up, she finds herself in a cave leading to an imposing mansion. The apparent residents of the mansion tell her that she is in a place called the Underground, and that human beings like her usually stay isolated in a village on the surface. She tries to gather more information from one of the residents, but before she can ask anything, a voice inside her head interrupts her.

What is this place known as Gensokyo, who was it that abducted her into this supposed new world, how can she get back, how did this person know her, why did her memories get sealed?

Join Ayaka as she seeks an answer to each of these question by exploring this new world of Gensokyo with her system, restoring her lost memories, uncovering hidden aspects of her family’s roots, participating in incidents, fights in spellcard duels, and gradually getting stronger as she discovers more about the past and adapts to her situation.

Disclaimer: I do not own the Touhou series or any of the characters of the Touhou series except my OC, the main character. All the characters in this story, except the MC, and the entire Touhou Project belong to Team Shanghai Alice, mainly ZUN, and not myself. All the names, characters, setting, and events are fictional, so any similarities between characters and real life figures or story events and real life events are purely coincidental. I also have not played all the Touhou games, so the personality and depiction of some characters may be a little off. I am basing most of their personalities on the information provided in the Touhou wiki.
