Description

Living in the slums of a city that hangs on the edge of an abyss, Aidan thought he knew the track his life would take. Having no magic in his family for generations he expected to work in the abyss like his long dead parents. But on his last screening for magical powers before setting off for training he’s found to possess the abilities needed to be a Mage, the male counterpart part to Witches who fight the creatures of the abyss. As such he is sent to the Orange Academy to begin training.

This is unusual, especially as his power is at a level that it should have been detected years before. There have been talks of magic changing and the amount of recently discovered Witches and Mages is concerning for all those who study such. For Aidan though, it’s a way out of a life he was trapped in. But as things get underway he realizes that his new life may be a different kind of trap.

    Overall
A magic world with an academic theme, in which there are dungeon expeditions in an Abyss and erotic content.
    Style
Even though there is only one narrative point of view, which is the protagonist, the story is told in a linear way and we can see that there have been a good preparation of the plot.
The description of the environments and the information regarding the world are presented when necessary, avoiding too much information enclosed in a short time.
    Story
The setting regards a magical world in a possible future Earth in which there have been global changing in the political structure of the world.
Within the story we have students of the Orange Academy that need to understand their power to be prepared for a future threat on the horizon, while the world may not be ready for the new changes that the Abyss is making.
    Grammar
The grammar is good, the sentences are simple and linear, it is easily understood who is speaking and there are only little spelling errors.
    Character
The personalities of the main characters are not simple and neutral, we can see an effort to animate them and create dialogue lively and realistic though not always that purpose is reached.
Outside of the main characters the personalities are not characterized very well both for lack of much interactions with secondary characters and also because their personalities result neutral or stereotyped.
    Conclusion
Is it worth trying to read this story? Yes.
The novel has great potential where we can see how the author try to exit the stereotypes that are linked with these genres.
In my modest opinion the author to excel with his novel have to find a narrative balance between the plot and the erotic content, which in this case they are clearly related.

Very interesting concept. Kind of reminds me of Freezing with a twist. Men are mages who are few and far between, and they are used to strengthen the female witches through sex. The men build covens, but due to the men being scarce the women will go far to be with them. At least that's what I've gotten so far.
Honestly, it seems like your typical Harem anime so far. Anybody who is a veteran reader of this type of genre can kind of tell where this is going. Main character is alluded to being different from everybody else, he has the childhood friend, and seems like the cool smart type, though that may change as it's still early. None of this takes away from it for me though, since I enjoy this kind of thing.
Grammar is good. It's easy to read, though there are some typos here and there. Looking forward to see where you go with this. I hope you focus on the Main protag, and him actually building relationships with his eventual coven.

Recommender only for those that want a power fantasy
Style: 80% dialogue and telling, 20% of showing and action. There aren't any noticable grammar mistakes. Pacing and sex scenes aren't great, but readable. Characters are talking way too much in my opinion, especially during sex scenes
Story: Story might have potential, but worldbuilding is a complete mess. First we learn that all witches need sex in order to use magic, but then author tells that witches can buy spells that can be used without sex. Whole sex theme seems to be hanging on a glue
Characters: Their personality exist for the sake of story. MC seems to be another overpowered main character that has some kind of dark/tragic backstory. Nothing more to say here.
I don't want to discourage the author, but only comedy can be made on the fly. Sometimes you need to spend couple of days cooking the idea in your head, and look at some decent references. Everyone needs to do some research on sex in order to write something decent, and there are works that hit the nail with a sledge hammer. PM if you want some references I used while doing my own research
