- S_WinterRoyal Road★★★★★ 5.0An excellent read so far, all about saving the guy who loved the main girl but died for her, in preference to the guy who's a bit of an arrogant prick but actually gets the girl in the end. Very engaging in both story and writing style and with characters who grabbed my interest.
Style
The author has a very engaging style that is both pacy and informative. I feel like the information we're given is neither too much nor too little, and is given in good time. The story is a page-turner (next-chapter-clicker?) and when I had to put it down, I found myself wondering what would happen next.
Story
So far a good story line with intrigue, romance, and impending doom. The task the main character has set for herself is challenging, and will require her to work quite hard to achieve it. Fortunately, she has a partner in crime to keep her from getting too lonely during it...
Character
Good development of characters. The 'good' characters are appealing and the 'bad' characters are off-putting. Characterisation seems quite black and white, but that makes the story a nice relaxing read with few moral dilemmas. Yet, at least.
Grammar
Generally very good, though the author could do with a bit more editing as there are a number of glaring errors. These are rather clearly down to typos rather than the author's lack of understanding, however, and don't impede enjoyment.
