In the city of Tentras Raphael a thief with a hidden past devises a way to break into the sprawling homes of the Kerantian colonizers. Maeven a ward of the state walks the halls of The Dukes Citadel learning and listening and wondering about her parentage. Far from Tentras Ka-Hail stalks the vast savannahs of the Sarpine continent using his blessings to protect his clan.
