The war of the Five Points has stretched on for as long as memory, causing untold loss and pain. A desperate wizard casts a forbidden spell seeking to create the ultimate warrior in order to end the war and unite the 5 cities but ends up paying with his life. The knowledge he sought falling into the hands of a dreadfully sensible man who, just this once, might make the silly decision.
