Sage cannot seem to get away from her demanding family who expect her to be on hand all day regardless that she has a demanding job or that she may have a life of her own never mind the stalker ex-boyfriend who won’t take the hint that two years is long enough to realise they are over then add to the mounting stress of pending promotions and mounting bills Sage realises she would give anything to get away from it all.

The opportunity to stay in a seaside village and write about an old home with a legend attached to it comes just in time and Sage thankfully follows the companies directions finding the unexpected.

Will Sage be able to find her balance and break away from the crushing demands of the people around her while trying to land a possible promotion to move up in her world she wants to belong?
